Meticulously developed in the Cartier Manufacture, it shows all the characteristics of a rich and constantly renewed watchmaking heritage. Its movement, based on the calibre 9452 MC, has been entirely redesigned in order to invert and skeletonise an entire section. The exceptionally fine finishing has been executed in the strict Geneva tradition, entitling Cartier to display the prestigious "Poinçon de Genève".
